SUPER BROWNIES

INGREDIENTES

  • 1/2 taza de harina de coco Sun is Shining
  • 1 taza de harina de almendras
  • 1/2 taza de coco rallado
  • 1 taza de azúcar de coco Sun is Shining 
  • 3 cucharadas de mantequilla de macadamia
  • 1/2 taza de chocolate puro, sin leche ni azúcar
  • 1/4 taza de ghee con aceite de coco o aceite de coco
  • 1/2 taza de leche de almendras
  • 2 cucharadas de semillas de hemp Sun is Shining 

PREPARACIÓN

  1. En un bowl mezclar harinas, coco y azúcar de coco.
  2. En una olla pequeña mezclar mantequilla de macadamia, chocolate, ghee o aceite de coco, y leche de almendras. Disolver a fuego bajo hasta tener chocolate derretido.
  3. Agregarlo a la mezcla de harinas y mezclar bien.
  4. Tomar un papel de hornear anti-adherente y cubrir una fuente para horno.
  5. Pre-calentar el horno a 180C/350F.
  6. Hornear por 20 minutos o hasta que puedas insertar un palillo de dientes y salga seco. La idea es que queden cremoso y no seco, asi que cuidalos en el horno!
  7. Servir con coco rallado y semillas de hemp.

  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1 cup of coconut sugar Sun is Shining
  • 3 tablespoons of macadamia butter
  • 1/2 cup of pure chocolate, without milk or sugar
  • 1/4 cup of ghee with coconut oil or coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds Sun is Shining

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, coconut and coconut sugar.
  2. In a small saucepan mix macadamia butter, chocolate, ghee or coconut oil, and almond milk. Dissolve over low heat until chocolate melts.
  3. Add it to the flour mixture and mix well.
  4. Take an anti-stick baking paper and cover a baking dish.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick and leave dry. The idea is to keep them creamy and fudge like, not dry, so take care of them in the oven!
  7. Serve with grated coconut and hemp seeds.
