Chilaquiles es un plato tradicional de la comida mexicana. Siempre me encanto el concepto de una lasaña mexicana hecha de tortillas, y este plato es exactamente eso, pero obviamente al estilo como.come.cami. Tradicionalmente la receta es con tortilla frita y pollo, pero en vez de freir la tortilla de trigo, use una tortilla integral y la toste en el horno! Quedo genial, es un plato riquísimo para compartir con amigos y lleno de proteínas proporcionadas por los frijoles!
Chilaquiles is a traditional mexican dish. I always the idea of a mexican lasagna made with tortillas instead of pasta, and this is the embodiment of this. I obviously made some twitches to the traditional recipe, and made it como.come.cami style with whole-wheat tortillas instead of flour and toasted intead of fried. It turned out great! It's a great dish to share with friends and also packes with protein from the beans!
