I love spring rolls, but they are usually served fried, or filled with seafood. When I stumbled upon Erin's recipe in her blog Naturally Ella, I was inspired to make my own vegan, vegetarian, healthy and delicious version, all with natural ingredients! (I also got to use my red quinoa!). They are really good! You can served them as a starter dish to any dinner!

would love the recipe in English. Looks so good....would really like to try these for summer lunch....thanks if you could post in English...
