Soy Argentina, y en Argentina se come mucho tarta. Es un básico de la cocina casera argentina, y por eso hay mucho tipos: Pascualina (a base de espinaca), de Calabaza, Cebolla y Queso… las combinaciones son muchas y cada casa tiene su preferida! En mi caso, amo las tartas! Me parecen faciles de preparar, ricas, cómodas para guardar y muy prácticas para llevar. Como en mi casa solo somos 2, siempre hago mini tartas, para no aburrirme y para no desperdiciar.

Lo más importante de hacer una tarta completamente casera, es la masa! Yo la hago con harina de espelta, por su alto contenido de fibra y baja en grasa, pero podes hacer la misma receta con harina integral, harina cruda o de arroz!

I’m from Argentina, and in Argentina quiche is a must in most households. We make many variations of it, usually involving spinach, onions, and/or butternut squash (for the vegetarian versions), or they are a combination of anything leftover in the fridge. I really like quiche, I find them delicious, quick to make, easy to store and good to take. Since in my house, we are only 2, I like to make mini versions of each quiche, so we can take them anywhere, and also so we don’t get bored with one.

To make homemade quiche the dough is very important. I make my mine from Spelt Flour, but you can also make it with whole-wheat flour, rice flour or unbleached white flour.
