Tartine de Olivas Kalamata | Kalamata Olive Tartine

TARTINE DE OLIVAS KALAMATA

INGREDIENTES

  • 4 rodajas de pan integral
  • 3/4 taza de olivas kalamata, sin semilla
  • 2 cdas de almendras
  • 1/2 taza de aceite de oliva extra virgen
  • 7 hojitas de albahaca fresca
  • Microgreens

PREPARACIÓN

  1. Tostar el pan casero integral con unas gotitas de aceite de oliva extra virgen.
  2. Sacarle el carozo a las olivas kalamata y mezclar en una procesadora con aceite de oliva, almendras y albahaca hasta formar una pasta.
  3. Tomar una tostada, cubrirla con tapanade de olivas, y servir con microgreens y almendras!

KALAMATA OLIVE TARTINE

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices of whole-wheat bread
  • 3/4 cup kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 7 basil leaves
  • microgreens

METHOD

  1. Toast the bread slices with a dash of olive oil.
  2. Remove the Kalamata olive pit and place in a food processor with almonds, fresh basil and olive oil until a tapanade or pesto texture forms.
  3. Take a toast and smother it with kalamata tapanade, top with microgreens and sliced almonds.
